Recently, Kim was named as Dean of The Referral Institute's Collaborative Coaching School. Prior to becoming an author, Kim was Vice President of Strategic Alliances for CoachVille, the world's largest coaching organization. Kim founded the Western Mass Coaching Alliance in her community of Springfield, Massachusetts and is Vice President of the Women Business Owners Alliance of Pioneer Valley. She also conducted a radio show, Coach Live, for 2 years on WARE 1250 AM.
Kim's diverse background includes a BS in Paralegal Studies, two years as a VISTA volunteer, and nearly 12 years in the healthcare industry in various marketing, volunteer management, fundraising, and public relations capacities.
